The hotel in NYC was terrific (West House New York). Location was PERFECT, you couldn’t have picked any better. The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. After you check in, housekeeping sends you text. Just let them know anything you want. I asked for a kettle and it arrived within 20 min. The cost was high. Initially $2200 then another $50/pp per day, which was another $400 US. IT ADDS UP.
Also, the seats on our return were great. Same size as the old first class. You get all the food and booze same as business class. Unless you really need a pod, there’s no reason not to fly business. It was a great few days.
