The 1 Hotel Central Park was Awesome

Thanks for following up!! The 1 Hotel Central Park was awesome - overall it was a really great experience!! They put us on the 12th floor in accordance with the request you put in, the hotel rooms were clean, and the decor was really unique and fresh. The hotel also offered blue-tooth speakers in the room, which my husband really enjoyed. He connected his phone to the speakers and played music from his playlist every night.

In addition, the location was great and the customer service was top-notch. If you recall, we took the Cathay Pacific red-eye flight on Thursday and arrived at JFK at 7am the next morning. By the time we arrived at the hotel, it was only 9am. The hotel was able to rush the service so that the room would be ready for us ahead of the normal check-in time. We were able to check in at noon and rest in our room without having to wait too long.

I am glad that we went with your recommendation of picking a hotel near the Central Park. The rating for the 1 Hotel Central Park on Trip Advisors also did not lie - we were very happy with the choice made. If any of your customers are looking for a New York hotel with similar criteria in the future and this is within their budget, you can recommend 1 Central Park. It will not disappoint. :)
