The hotel at Disneyworld, Disney’s All Star Music, was great! I had fairly low expectations because it was a budget hotel but the service was great, the room was clean and the resort was big with more than enough to keep us occupied (not that we hung around the hotel much.) Getting to and from the Disney parks was easy with the included transportation.

If anyone were to ask, I would recommend booking a Universal Studios hotel for the days one were to spend at Universal Studios though. Uber cost roughly $80 a day between our Disney hotel and Universal. Also, you get an express pass which lets you skip ride and attraction lineups at Universal if you stay in a Universal hotel.

The flights were great! I'm not sure if it was your doing but we were bumped up to first class on the second leg of our flight to Tampa. Thanks for whatever magic you did to make that happen. We really enjoyed that.
