The weather was great. It rained heavily for 30 minutes around 5PM the day we left.
We upgraded to Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton and paid additional $350 US for the 14 days because our room is the second last at the Grand Palladium Jamaica. We moved to villas 27 which is next to the theatre, lobby, buffet, pool, beach and gift shops.
Their beaches are very small. We went to the one next to the main pool and we tried the one beside the adult pool which is better again small.
Two weddings took place while we were there.
Sunwing gave us a cocktail party at 6:30 the 3rd day at the Infinity Bar but when we went there nobody knows about it and it was cancelled without letting us know. Sunwing gave $50 US coupon but you can only use it to buy alcohol in the restaurant or to use to buy lobster or other food in the a la carte. We never use ours. You cannot use it in the gift shops at all.
Food is good at the three buffet. We tried the a la carte (Steak house, Indian, Italian and Asian). The Asian is bad and we could not eat the food - too salty. When we left, they said they just opened the Seafood buffet but never had the chance to try it.
We enjoyed Jamaica's cuisine, friendliness of staff and the housekeeper kept our room clean (we are not messy people anyway).
I will recommend it to our friends.
